Tickets are on sale by prepayment only and will not be available on the door.
Payment must be physically received by CBWC before a booking is confirmed.
We will hold seats for a maximum of 4 working days pending your advice that you are sending a cheque or paying by direct debit. After 4 days if payment is not received your seats will be available for resale to the next in line.
Tickets paid for by Visa or MasterCard will be held immediately unless payment is declined, in which case we will contact you and hold seats for 4 working days as above.
Rsvps close the wednesday prior to lunch and unpaid bookings will not be held beyond close of rsvps.
Tickets are non-refundable, however name changes are allowed. Where a
non-member replaces a member an additional $6 is required to be paid
Separate receipts will not be issued, your tickets will be proof of payment
and will constitute a tax invoice for GST purposes if claimable.
